Chains and entrails.

Who knew how hard is it to fight off our own demons?
Fighting off our demons, tearing at the shackles binded at our feet, severing the chains of emotions.
How often do you see someone bowing down, crying for help, and letting someone rescue them from the depth of their own dark valleys?
Chains of your own emotions, your trust, your feelings, your insecurities, your past, your ex-lover, your friend who passed on. How much more can you hold out till you start telling yourself to let go, and severe these chains bounded to your heart? Dragging them along, every single day, wearing yourself out, how much pain are you going to allow into your heart?
Each and every one of us has things we hold dear, and people whom we are emotionally attached to. Be it in the past or present, even in the future. But what holds on is merely you. What's left are the entrails of your heart, and traces of your feelings.
We hold out, we deceive ourselves, tricking our minds to believe that every single thing that's going wrong now, will eventually be fine. It will turn out okay. "If it's not okay, it's not the end." But just how true is that sentence?
All of us, we deserve to be happy. We can't just live day by day, waiting for the time when we are truly happy. When exactly will that day come? Fate, lies in our own hands. We got to fight for our own happiness, create our future.
Cutting off certain things or people in our lives, may just do us good. Have you realised that once you cut someone out of your life, your perspective of them changes and neutralizes? It doesn't mean that everyone is equally important or unimportant in your lives. But have you ever wondered, if at that point of time you didn't have such attachment to that particular person, would their actions or words be able to affect you that much or cause you so much pain?
Severing those chains, lessens your burdens, and enables happiness to come from within.
Fighting off our demons, is taxing enough. Why allow more pain into your life? As much as one's heart can hold so much pain, how sure are you that you aren't able to love as much? Bear in mind, every saint was once a sinner, and every sinner has a future. Even the baddest can one day, be the greatest and most noble man alive.
Create your own happiness, destroy those chains that are holding you back.
Tearing at the shackles binded to your feet may bleed your hand, but after you've rid yourself of the binding shackles. The scars serves as a lesson learnt. The entrails are but what's left behind of you.
